NOPI is Ottolenghi’s restaurant that got its name from the London neighborhood north of Piccadilly Circus. He and his main chef Scully worked together for about 10 years and learned from one another about different cuisines. They figured out how to make a perfect blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine
