  • 3/4 cup of water (distilled or tap water)
  • 2 tablespoons of vodka, rubbing alcohol, or real vanilla extract
  • essential oil combination you choose

Combine it all in an 8oz spray bottle, shake it well, and use whenever you like.

Tips There are many brands of essential oil, but try not to buy the cheapest one. Put your combination in a glass bottle, as some essential oils can break down plastics. Shake well before you use it.

In the spray formula add:

  • 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
  • 4 drops of geranium essential oil
